Requirements of the customers:

 

Located in Concepción Beistegui 501, Celaya Guanajuato Industrial Zone, the client registers a high temperature inside the process, requires maintaining a positive pressure and food grade filtration.

 

Design proposal:

 

• Design engineering in mechanical ventilation equipment to perform 12 air changes per hour to the industrial warehouse, equipped with a bank of 3-stage filters in order to retain particles of 0.3 microns with an efficiency of 95%, manufactured in highly resistant materials Corrosion and modulated for easy maintenance.
• Design of plans and routes of ducts achieving a "sweep" of air, injection at high speed.
• Execution and installation of the project to the SENSIENT Flavors plant.
• Theoretical-practical training of maintenance personnel of the plant.
